Ifeyinwa Okoli

Ifeyinwa Okoli is a fintech executive and digital infrastructure leader with over 20 years of experience driving payment innovation, regulated financial systems expansion, and financial inclusion across Africa. She serves as Chief Revenue Officer/Head of Business at ITEX Integrated Services Limited, a licensed fintech operator authorised as a PTSP, PSSP, and Agency Banking provider. In this role, she leads commercial strategy and large-scale enterprise payment integrations that support national and international payment interoperability, merchant ecosystem expansion, and secure transaction processing across Nigeria’s banking sector and the rest of Africa. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Prospa Capital Microfinance Bank, where she provides board-level governance and strategic oversight on digital banking transformation, institutional risk, and sustainable financial inclusion models.
